Refund Policy

Any refunds on an account after insurance processes a claim will be refunded to the credit card on file or by mailing a check within 30 business days.

If there is an upcoming appointment scheduled we will refund during that appointment or use the credit for that days copay if the patient prefers.

Follow-up appointments

We will be available during regular business hours to schedule your appointments. When scheduling an appointment for a minor, please be sure to inform us whether a legal guardian will be accompanying the child to the visit.

In an effort to increase the efficiency of our providers, help control medical costs, and assure prompt scheduling of patients, PCA has implemented a Patient Appointment Policy. Patients must give PCA as much advance notice as possible if you cannot keep your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee. We realize that situations outside of your control do occur and each situation will be reviewed. As always, we appreciate your promptness for your appointment time.
